Pet Policy
Cats and dogs are welcomed as residents at Brook Run, too! We allow two pets maximum per apartment. There is a $300 pet fee per pet and monthly pet rent of $20 for a cat and $30 for a dog. Breed restrictions do apply. Please call the leasing office to receive more details.
